Difficulty in getting Zoom refund

When I canceled, and then requested a refund, I was told to follow instructions (reactivate, click click click click etc.) to get a refund. The instructions are misleading and did not work. I still don’t have a refund, but I pointed out to them the darkness of their alleged refund process. Hoping they clean things up. But they likely won’t without pressure.
