HelloFresh cancellation form misleads customers into not cancelling by obscuring cancellation button, and highlighting don’t cancel button. The attached screenshot is reached by clicking the Cancel Button in settings, where you are asked for a reason, however the Submit buttons have been switched to avoid a successful cancellation
