Difficult to cancel subscription

Description
Since the magazine stopped printing and went totally online, I have been trying to cancel my subscription, but have yet to be successful. I have waded through their unsubscribe process, but always get lost in the system. I don’t want an online magazine subscription. It is frustrating!
